If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 14 days from the day of arrival for a refund or an exchange. There are no additional fees that will be added onto the cost of the item at any point. However, we recommend that you consult with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence. We will not be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges charged by the customer’s country.

This product is made of the best quality of gold and diamonds cut and polished by us in the holy land. Each piece goes through our quality control lab before shipping.

The natural Jerusalem Stone is fragile and sensitive to water and detergents and requires delicate handling.

Therefore, we will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the stone.
